SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS
"TENUTE GIROLAMO" ships goods within 15 working days, unless unpredictable events beyond the company’s control occur. You can always check the status of your order byby logging into your account.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Information on the right of withdrawal from the contract in favor of the consumer pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005. The customer of "TENUTE GIROLAMO" who acts as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract. A "consumer" is defined solely as a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity. In particular, the consumer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must send specific communication to "TENUTE GIROLAMO" within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products. The withdrawal notice must be sent (I) by registered letter with return receipt or (II) by telegram or email (family@tenutegirolamo.it) and confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours, to the following address:

The consumer must also return the products intact to "TENUTE GIROLAMO" at the above address within ten days from the date of receipt, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND VISIBLY UNALTERED. Return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer, unless due to our error. Within thirty days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice or returned products, "TENUTE GIROLAMO" will refund the consumer the amounts already paid, excluding shipping costs. For all situations not mentioned in this document, Legislative Decree 22/05/99 No. 185 and subsequent amendments apply.

WARRANTY TERMS
• Items must have been purchased exclusively on the website https://tenutegirolamoshop.com;
• Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging;
• For shipments to non-EU countries, the buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties in their country of residence.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS
To cancel an order, simply send an email within 24 hours from the order confirmation to family@tenutegirolamo.it indicating the order number. In this case, the order will not be processed and any amount already paid by credit card, excluding handling costs, will be immediately refunded to the bank account you provide. After 24 hours, the contract is considered finalized and the order will be processed, but you will still have the right to exercise withdrawal.

All concluded contracts are considered finalized in Italy and are governed by Italian laws regarding distance selling.
