Monte Tre Carlini Negroamaro – A pure Negroamaro, aged for 12 months in barrique, with aromas of blackberry, cherry and coffee, enriched by light spicy notes of cinnamon. On the palate it is dry, soft and persistent, perfect for elaborate first courses, red meats and mature cheeses.

Codalunga Aglianico – Elegant and structured, this 100% Aglianico offers a bouquet of plum, blackberry and almond, with touches of licorice and black pepper. Aged 12 months in barrique, it has a full and harmonious taste, ideal with baked game and mature cheeses.

Pizzorosso Primitivo IGP Salento – A pure Primitivo, intense and velvety, aged in French and American oak barriques. The aroma is complex and enveloping, with hints of cherries in alcohol, berries, nutmeg and dark chocolate. Perfect to accompany red meats, grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses.
