Vinification: After a soft maceration and subsequent fermentation in steel, a long maturation in French oak barriques and stainless steel tanks for 12 months follows. The process is completed with bottle aging for 6 months.

Smell: Fruity with hints of blackberry, cherry and plum, light are the spicy notes of cinnamon accompanied by hints of coffee.
