Vinification: After a soft maceration and subsequent fermentation in steel, a long maturation in 50% French oak barrels for 12 months follows. The process is completed with bottle aging for 6 months.

Smell: Fruity with hints of blackberry, plum and almond; elegant notes of licorice and black pepper with subtle roasted notes.
Taste: Dry, full, soft and persistent with just the right tannin.
