Argese Primitivo I.G.P. Apulia
Vinification: After the late harvest that takes place in the last week of September and exclusively by hand, the bunches of grapes undergo a further drying in the cellar for about 4 weeks. After a soft pressing, the maceration and subsequent fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days. This is followed by maturation in French oak barriques for 12 months and refinement in the bottle for 6 months.
