Vinification:
After a gentle maceration and subsequent fermentation in stainless steel for about 25 days, the wine undergoes a long aging process of 12 months in French oak barriques. The process is completed with 6 months of bottle aging.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Deep red with violet reflections
Aroma: Fruity, with notes of red fruits such as cherry, blackberry, and currant. Very elegant hints of cocoa and spices.
Taste: Dry, full-bodied, persistent
Food pairings: Perfect with roasted meats, grilled meats, and medium to long-aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18–20°C
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
An intense and elegant red wine, made from Merlot and Petit Verdot, aged for 12 months in French oak barriques and 6 months in bottle. The bouquet offers fruity notes of cherry, blackberry, and currant, with refined hints of cocoa and spices. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and persistent, perfect with roasts, rich dishes, and autumn flavors.
